Great location, friendly staff, had elevator and a/c, even though the street was noisy, it gets fairly quiet when windows are closed.

We had a wonderful stay at Conte GuestHouse. The location is excellent, situated between Termini Station and the Colosseum. Being close to Termini made transportation from and to the airport very easy, while most of the main attractions were still within walking distance.
The beds were extremely comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were very clean throughout our stay. A special thanks to Marina, who was incredibly kind and helpful during the entire check-in and check-out process. Even though we arrived before the official check-in time, she prepared our room immediately for us. She also allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient.

The location is very convenient to all the major attractions.
The toilet was. It good one of the tap was leaking and water is everywhere on the floor.
