We absolutely loved our stay and honestly wish we had found this place sooner. The air conditioning was excellent, which made such a difference during the Rome heat. The view of the Colosseum was amazing and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to see. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the room was clean and the staff were attentive and very easy to communicate with. They kindly looked after our luggage before check in and after check out, which was a huge help. Having a lift was also appreciated with all our luggage. The check in instructions were comprehensive and very easy to follow. We spent our final night in Italy here and would not have changed it.

Very little tbh. The bathroom is quite tight, although completely manageable. The fridge is also quite small, really only enough for a few drinks and maybe some fruit. Neither affected our stay much though. The main thing we did not like was having to leave 😂

Location was amazing, close to the Colosseum and nearby bike rentals made it easy to get around. The host was attentive and helpful upon arrival. The Air Conditioning was a game changed in the 90+ degree heat!

The location is just perfect. Near the center. There is a coffee and tea in the lobby. In the room was earplugs, which saved me because my room was right near the entrance and I’ve heard everyone coming in and out.

There wasn’t real window in the room, just to the inside corridor, which wasn’t mentioned in the photo or description.
