The pictures do not lie - the location is close to the Colosseum and offers a great view to the Colosseum. The host is very nice and professional young gentleman, provides declared messages on how to get to the people, very helpful. The amenities include mini-fridge with complimentary water, private bathroom, hairdryer, also the steam iron available upon request, sharable coffee machine in lobby. AC works great, TV as well. Quiet neighborhood with local coffee bar downstairs, and a few sandwich shops for locals (not tourist prices, which is a big plus).

The location is just perfect. Near the center. There is a coffee and tea in the lobby. In the room was earplugs, which saved me because my room was right near the entrance and I’ve heard everyone coming in and out.
There wasn’t real window in the room, just to the inside corridor, which wasn’t mentioned in the photo or description.
