Location superb. Warmest of welcome from Valeria and her Team.
Our room was spotless and seemed brand new: shower excellent and bedding [especially the pillows] very comfortable.Daily cleaning and fresh towels supplied.
Great to have access to small kitchen area and coffee making facilities. Very helpful to have the fridge in our room.
Loved the recommendations for restaurants [some literally just a minute away] Can highly recommend and can't thank Valeria and her Team enough.

So close to Colosseum. Very clean and comfortable. Valeria couldn't have been more helpful- so welcoming and very kind to our daughter.

Location to the Coliseum was excellent. Proximity to all of the other Rome city sites were weak. The team at the unit were all friendly and helpful.
The room was small and could have use a small table/2 chairs in the corner of the room or a small couch to sit on.
