Everything was excellent! I love the staff here, it was my third time staying in this hotel! It is really comfortable as well, and has a good location.

A small hotel, very well situated and more affordable compared to other locations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely too.

You have to be forgiving of some of the downsides, as it isn’t easy running a small hotel and budgets may be tight. However, I would suggest redecorating and refurbishing the rooms over time, as it’s clear this hasn’t been done for quite a while.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to warn other travelers before booking this hotel. The only real advantage of this place is the location near the Colosseum. Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing.

During my stay I woke up with many bites on my back, neck and arms that looked like bed bug bites. The mattress also looked very old, so this made the experience very uncomfortable and concerning. There were also several other problems in the room: • the air conditioning did not work properly — even though it showed 20°C, the room felt extremely cold at night • the curtains did not block the street lights, so the room was never dark enough to sleep properly • there was no kettle in the room • towels and pillowcases had visible stains, even though they were supposed to be clean • the toiletries provided were minimal Another important point: this is a small boutique hotel and the reception is not open at night. After around 21:00–22:00 there was no staff available, and guests have to enter the building themselves using keys. If something goes wrong at night, there is no one to contact.
