Location was good. Right across street from a nice cafe with good coffee and food.

Had a lot of mosquitos inside the apartment. Walls are thin so we heard the neighbors next door and they were very loud late at night. The bed mattress was very hard and not comfortable. The shower head did not work very well. The biggest thing tho was that there was no communication from the property manager on how to enter the building so my husband and I and our 2 kids waited outside in the hot sun with all of our luggage for 30+ min trying to call and text the phone number on the listing and no one answered. The way we were able to get in was a nice lady who was inside the building opened the door for us because she heard us knocking and yelling for someone to open the door. She then called the number that I was calling and the property manager answered so I don’t understand why they weren’t answering when I was calling, but they answered when she called. She told them that we were a guest renting the Glatiato Colosseo apartment and he gave her the instructions to tell us how to get in and how to get the key. A few hours later, I finally received a text from the property manager who apologized and said that there was an internal error and miscommunication with Booking.com and the property managers. So they need to fix that issue asap so families are not having to wait outside in the hot sun, wondering how to get into our apartment that we paid a lot of money for. That was very disappointing and it was not a good start to enjoying our time in Rome.
