We liked how close it was to the colosseum. Easy walk. Room has modern feel to it. Of you staying for a couple nights it’s not too bad.
- Staff was non existent. We called the mobile phone number twice liked they asked to do upon arrival and no one answered to get into the building. We were lucky to bump into someone that was there when we arrived inside. As soon as we checked in they were gone and the office closed. - Elevator was broken we had to haul our luggage to the second floor. After a long day of travel. Not something you want to do. - TV not working, had no channels - Towel warming rack did not work. Just a rack. - Lamp on desk table did not work
