The Host was attentive over the phone when we needed to get hold of the keys, instructions were very clear and precise on how to get there which was great. We met some of the neighbours, very friendly, inside was super super cute and homey with lots of cute decor and we loved looking at all of the hosts adventures from wall photos displayed!
Bathroom really cute, rules are displayed to make being respectful easier for those that struggle to!
The room was lovely, the bed was SO comfy and we will deffo be coming back when we go to another o2 concert. Thanks a bunch!
Not much. It does get a little noisy if windows are open but we love the sound of people and planes so was not a bother.

Absolutely ideal for Brixton Academy, wouldn’t hesitate to book again for a gig. Literally five mins walk. Good communication from owner, no issues with self check in, bedroom was comfortable and clean, got a wee cup of tea in the morning, really appreciated the complimentary bottle of water after being in a crowd for several hours.
No idea why people are reviewing this property saying the estate is rough - it’s a really great example of Scandinavian modernist social housing, so if you like architecture you’ll be in for a treat! Felt totally safe at all times. Thanks again!
In classic modernist housing style, noise travels. So maybe bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. Was not an issue for me but worth mentioning.

Property was fantastic location to o2 Brixton
On arrival to get keys cabinet wide open , front door unlocked , main apartment door locked but then room unlocked with code on display. It wasn’t obvious how many or what keys to take and lock inside our room I could not unlock due to being very stiff and having arthritis could not lock back up, bathroom door needs shaving to close easily cos that was very stiff, but besides this the room was fantastic even if had other peoples clothes in wardrobe,I would recommend but not stay again
