Superbly Furnished Apartment in Central London

Lovely cozy room with high quality bed, pillows, desk, fridge, and other facilities! Feels like home. The hosts are welcoming and professional, very hospitable and helpful. Good location, close to Brixton nightlife and the shops, but on a relatively quiet and safe street.

Can be hot during a summer heat wave, even with the air cooling system on. The restroom is on a different floor.

The hosts were very welcoming. They tried hard to make my stay comfortable. However ‘superb’ or was not. The furnishings of the bedroom was nice.

The room was very small. So much so it was hard to move around in. They failed to mention the house was in Brixton, which is in Lambeth. The single, shared, bathroom was two floors down.

Location. The comfort like home away from home. Cleanliness. Feeling safe

Everything was so clean and well supplied. Just wish the bathroom was a bit closer to the sleeping area.

Ottima posizione, di fronte alla fermata del bus e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro di Brixton sulla Victoria Lane. La signora Donna è stata molto accogliente e gentile nello spiegarmi tutto, soprattutto le regole di casa sua :) Casa a 3 piani molto pulita. Io avevo la stanza più piccola, ma comunque avevo un frigo privato. Stanza piccola ma molto accogliente con un ventilatore Dyson, specchio grande, letto grande, comodo e con tanti cuscini :) Armadio spazioso con grucce a sufficienza. Wi-fi abbastanza veloce (lo streaming a volte era perfetto, altre volte meno). Tv grande in camera. Tende oscuranti. In camera trovi: acqua nel frigo, molti asciugamani, phon, ferro da stiro, bicchieri, piatti, posate, rotolo da cucina. Non dimenticate l'adattatore per la presa di corrente! Sono stata lì 10 giorni, sono stata fortunata, per 5 giorni il bagno era solo per me, per gli altri 5 ho dovuto condividerlo ma comunque veniva pulito giornalmente, quindi sono molto soddisfatta!

Ogni volta per usare il bagno dovevo farmi 3 rampe di scale per scendere, ovviamente non è colpa della proprietaria, la casa è fatta così. La camera era molto calda, ci batteva sempre il sole, ma fortunatamente avevo un ventilatore e si apriva la finestra. Sono stata lì ad Aprile ma secondo me verso Luglio/Agosto è difficile starci. Di notte/mattina presto la stanza è molto rumorosa perchè dà sulla strada, quindi consiglio i tappi per le orecchie.
