Easy access to Edgware underground and bus station. The room was nice and spacious, plenty of power sockets. Smart TV so could log into my accounts to stream. Nice quiet area. En-suite was clean
There isn’t any staff on site so you have to call when you check in at 3pm, no earlier. Once I had confirmed who I was, they sent me the code to get in. Would have been easier if someone was there to assist but it still worked out ok. If you don’t send proof of ID 24 hours before then you cannot gain access and your booking is cancelled. Struggled to find the place as it just looks like someone’s house with no signage.

Very clean, good location, the kitchen also clean, you feel you are in 3 star hotel , quiet area, the problem just with the parking but this problem every where in uk , many thanks for the management.

The location is great and good communication about entry etc.
excellent fee for late checkout
Linen wasn’t pressed heater was on in the bathroom making the whole accommodation really hot large showerhead did not work. Communal kitchen was not well equipped and seemed to have lots of stuff in it, not really usable by guests. Fridge was not cold enough so our food was not kept at the right temperature. Hardly any cutlery. And we could smell weed throughout the duration of our stay. A heads up about parking would’ve been good.
