key pick up and drop location quite far from the property. Would be perfect if a coded lock is used instead

The accommodation was comfortable and worked well for Murray
The check in process was terrible. We had to sign up to another app and when we requested early check in we were told it would cost £50! The payment link was only sent to us on the day of check in and as Murray was now out of the country it was not possible to pay via the link. Murray had carry his luggage around for 6 hours before check in. Very unhelpful, inhospitable check in
