We stayed at this property as a family with one child and had a truly wonderful experience. Initially, we booked for one month, but we were so happy with our stay that we decided to extend it for an additional 20 days. The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighbourhood turned out to be even better than we expected — safe, pleasant, and very enjoyable to live in. Simon was an exceptional host: kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. He made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Both the bed and the sofa were comfortable and house was spacious. Living room and "bedroom" TV worked properly

It seemed the apartment lacked proper maintenance and review between each stay. Even though the owner insists that smoking is forbidden, backyard was dirty and filled with cigarette butts. The apartment had two kettles who were completely unusable and unhygienic. We had to buy batteries for two of the TV remotes. Kitchen TV didn't work properly. Owner did not answer after I reported a problem in the shower. However, in the final morning, there he was standing outside the apartment, waiting for us to give him the key, something I did not see him doing with any other guest, and which creeped me out. It seemed the same person (which I'm assuming is the owner or at least manager of the property) one morning showed up unannounced on the backyard for some maintenance. A warning would have been nice. Finally, other guests have warned about it and I will warn about it as well. The location is not convenient at all. Edgware road, mainly during construction works, gets highly busy, which makes buses take a long time to London. The closest Underground line is the Northern Line, which often has problems, and is 20 minutes away on foot. Comfortably, it takes at least one hour, if not more, to reach central London. Overall, it was a reasonable stay, not totally uncomfortable, but there are things that should be improved. I think for a short stay the place is fine, though a lot of time will be spent on transportation, but for longer stays some issues will be noticed more easily
