It was quiet and clean . Location bit too far from the tube station but overall was good !

* The property is very well connected with transport, with only a 7 minute walk to the Stockwell tube station, this was the main highlight. * Communication with the host was great and they replied quickly to any questions. * There is a small kitchen in the room which is useful if you want to cook, however, it would have been nice if there were a few tea bags left at the property since there was a kettle (any place I've been to that provided a kettle provided a couple of tea bags at least)

* The property is right next to a busy road and there are quite a lot of loud cars/motorbikes as well as ambulances driving past late at night (past midnight) wich made it hard to sleep. * It probably is ok in the winter, but during the summer the heat is unbearable. The room seemed to trap the heat and coming back into the accommodation it was always at least 7º warmer in there than it was outside despite having kept the windows open all day. The host left a couple of fans but it was not enough. On the hottest days it was borderline impossible to sleep with how hot it was in the room. * On the last day of our stay, there was no hot water. This was ok during the summer, but probably wouldn't have been should this stay had been in winter.
