The studio was exactly what we needed, a place to rest after attending a concert in a nearby location. Plus, the place was SPOTLESS. Very, very clean.
I couldn't find any ventilation in the bathroom, so we refrained from taking a shower, which is a shame.
The bed was not the comfiest I have ever slept on, but again, at least it was clean.

Fantastic value for money. Room was clean, comfortable and had a good amount of space for what it is. Surprisingly quiet too.

it was close to the venue we was going to,
was very clean with cooking facilities, tea, coffee, sugar and personal washing supples included.
the outside doesn’t look so nice as it’s a multiple accommodation and ownership building and 2 doors with the same number.
entrance is via codes sent so no face to face or directions to where your studio is.

It was clean, quiet considering the location & had adequate facilities for our one night stay. We slept well, and the proximity to the O2 Academy Brixton was good. Great communication from the property prior to arrival.
External to the building we noted piles of rubbish in the garden, so our first impression was not so good. On entering the red door it was unclear how to locate the room, the corridors were not lit so we had to use a phone torch to enter the codes, and try to locate door 36, which we eventually did. The studio itself was a quite tired & shabby, the pillows were very lumpy and we would have felt safer with the addition of a door chain for room security.
