close to Brixton Academy & places to eat, where i was going to see a concert. It was very clean & comforting after a long train & tube train journey

The only thing i didnt like was that the front door didnt lock ?? As it was a ground floor flat u could just open the door from the street, then the flat door could easily b broken into if an opertunist tried the front door! I didnt feel very comfortable leaving anything of value there tbh!! I know the area very well from living there in the past, so know coldharbour lane is not the safest road ! An open front door for anyone to walk in off the street , especially at night ! u want to feel safe , especially if u were a woman on your own ! Landlord should b leaving x2 keys I for the front & 1 for the flat ! Other than this problem I would stay here again !!

Location was good, close to train station and shops

It was a hot weekend (3 night stay) and with no air con I asked for 2 fans as I was staying with my son, we were only supplied with one fan which struggled to keep the both of us cool. The pillows in the double bed were of very poor quality and were so large I couldn’t sleep on them. general finish (pipe and electrical trunking, shower doors and trap , kitchen window) of appliances were of a very poor quality with piping and cables left open.
