Once I got familiar with the public transportation, getting back and forth to Central London was a breeze. The owner was responsive to the phone call/ text when we were having issues before the arrival date, and on the date of arrival. Love the freshly brewed coffee!!!
The difficulty of finding the location at the beginning. We were not keen on the public transportation. We had to use a minicab to get to the area since we rode the wrong bus.

We went to London for NFL so the accomodation was a secondary thing, but we were satisfied with it. The owner was really friendly and helpful when we realized that we did not have UK adapters for our devices. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was clean.
Luckily the weather was good in London at the time, so we did not have cold at night, but the opportunity to heat would be good. As well the water pressure was a bit weaker than we expected

comfy bed, clean and in a quiet neighbourhood
So many stays in my life and this is the only one without hair dryer which is a basic essential need. It was very cold in the room. No breakfast even for the charge, still some sites are listing the property as b&b. The price for a room with shared facilities in Peckham seems too high. was drawn by all the good reviews but maybe not to my standards.
