    Here is why.... The hotel is unmanned, so I was told to await Door Codes for Hotel and Room. Check in time was 2pm (14/09) , after multiple attempts of contacting Hotel for the code from 2pm to 5pm (via email that I found online , phone that I found online , online form via booking agent , and also booking agent contacting hotel) No response from Hotel. I wanted to check in at 2pm, drop my bags and go enjoy time at Oval Cricket Ground (as I was staying only 1 night) Instead Hotel emailed me at 6.30pm with Door Codes (4.5 hours after check in) only because Booking Agent at 6pm proceeded with full refund to me. I had lost patience by 5pm of hanging around in the cold, so made complaint to Booking agent at 5pm. By 6.30pm I left to head back Home, my time in London was wasted (not the mini holiday I wanted) And at 9pm via Booking agent portal, the hotel contacted me with Welcome Email! There was no apology from the Guest Experience Manager when emailing me be that directly nor even wenh contacting me via Booking Agent portal, it made it comee across as its my fault for poor professional behaviour from hotel. I have raised complaint with Hotel chaim CEO, Local borough council Trading standards and Hotel Ombudsman. (I never stayed here as I had to wait 4.5 hours after Check-In to get Door Codes)
