    Knowing that is a cheap stay, it was good for the price. Didn’t love the fact that the bedroom is really tiny, but in general was good!

    I arrived at the front door at 1.00 pm from a long flight and the front door was closed. There were two numbers to call on the front door. The first number was a call centre . After I gave the booking confirmation number , name , email and phone number, she said the booking does not exist and to call Agoda through which I booked. She was not helpful at all and hang up. I call the second phone number and no answer to leave a message. It was hot that day. I noticed door bell with a camera on the left side. I rang and a person answered. I explained and he opened the door. In fact he probably saw me all the time as he was the front office desk . I explained and he checked on the computer and said my booking is in fact confirmed. I said why I had so much trouble and he said it was my fault and I should have checking on line!!! I never got any message whatsoever to check in on line. I asked if I could get my room as I was hot and sweaty. He said NO as the room will be available at 2.00 pm ONLY . There was no place to wait except a small bench in the corridor. He said if I complain, he will force me to wait outside in the sun!!! I waited and at 2.05 pm he showed me the room . There was water infiltration mark , probably moulds and I asked for another room. He changed for another room, which was very small and the shower was very tiny and water splashing near the toilet bowl.!!! Also I realised there were no other guest staying there and the rooms were ready way before 2.00 pm. This is no place to stay for a decent traveller at the price that was being charged . Complete steal, the photos are AI engineered, does not show the reality and services are despicable. No way on earth this is a place to stay for a traveller. Keep away. Not worth even for free .
