Emplacement relativement proche du centre ville comme on le souhaitait. Tous les services et commerces à proximité. Quartier calme.
Equipement du logement assez rudimentaire (pas de grille pain, pas d'ustensiles de ménage mis à part un balai, pas de produits d'entretien, une machine à laver mais rien pour étendre). Il manque une lampe de chevet dans la chambre.
