10 minutes walk from Waterloo Train Station. 6 minutes walk from buses in to town. Two national supermarkets within 3 minutes walk. Elevator to 4th floor apartment. Lots of storage space in room with small balcony being a great place to enjoy a pre-evening drink. Communications with advertiser was great. Access worked well. Great shower and good wifi.
The 1 bedroomed apartment, apart from your (bed)room is very small and when the tenant is present one has to be very mindful of being considerate as it is their home. Noisy neighbours played music until after midnight on 2 of our 4 nights and, being a light sleeper, I didn't sleep very well, in part due to the noise, partly due to the blackout blinds being insufficient and dawn breaking through at 4am (BST) and the improvised small double sofa bed (even with added mattress and topper) providing barely sufficient space for 2 adults. Advise to take eye mask, earplugs (although this doesn't prevent vibration of noise). Barely any room in fridge for anything other than milk. We stayed 4 nights and hoped to use more of the kitchen facilities yet area was almost always in a less than acceptable state for paying guests to have to tolerate.
