Booked in great, everything explained and room was big and comfy.

There was no hot water for the shower, but there was hot water for the sink taps.

The staff are amazing and lisa she was so helpful and polite a d made us feel at home . The manager was so nice and very helpful to and the receptionist.. amazing people felt right at home. The apartment was clean and fresh smelt lovely all the appliances worked was near to all shops .. had to park after 3pm for free parking but apart from that im Booking again and im giving this place a 11/10 and THANKYOU for making me feel so welcome see you soon. GROVE APARTMENTS .👏👍💯

Parking after 3pm but there nothing that can be done it's london parking for you. But no complaints at all . Thanks grove apartments and there staff .

I like the location and its relative quietness.

First there was no cooker in the apartment contrary to my impression during the booking. Secondly for the first three days, no cleaning of the room, we trash the bins by ourselves. Thirdly, the kettle was rusty and they couldnt change it. Though it was not healthy but we had to use the kettle that way. The facilities in the apartment need a general overhauling. The worst of all is that one of the male receptionist is insultive. He insulted me the very first day of stay and he seems to be generally intolerant afterwards.
