Receptionist was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Room cheap,clean sheets & towels.Hot shower,fan beside bed which was a god send on one of the hottest nights.

I like the location and its relative quietness.
First there was no cooker in the apartment contrary to my impression during the booking. Secondly for the first three days, no cleaning of the room, we trash the bins by ourselves. Thirdly, the kettle was rusty and they couldnt change it. Though it was not healthy but we had to use the kettle that way. The facilities in the apartment need a general overhauling. The worst of all is that one of the male receptionist is insultive. He insulted me the very first day of stay and he seems to be generally intolerant afterwards.
