The place was well located, easy to access and very clean.
The wifi didn't work the first two days, finally I was granted access to a neighbour's wifi but the signal was so bad I could barely stream. I had multiple conversations with the service team who didn't seem all to willing to help. They weren't all that happy with me not having whatsapp (not used in my country, not going to download an app to communicate, let alone when it's more secure to do so in the booking app if something comes up), and kept asking me to get that so they could send me the information... instead of just doing it through booking.
No cutting boards, no dishcloths or table rags, which was a bit annoying. There were plates, iron, and a hairdryer though, so priorities were a bit weird.
