Comfort at Sunderlands

Easy to enter, comfortable, good shared facilities. Host was very accommodating by allowing us to check in earlier which we really appreciated.

Only issue we had was there was plenty of tea and coffee available but could not find any milk to use.

We booked this for a gig a Crystal Palace Bowl for three of us, and the room worked out at about £30 which is a bargain considering the location and facilities. It's less than two minutes to bus stops and less than ten minutes to the overground, and there are pubs, cafes and shops all within walking distance. The room was clean and had everything we needed, as did the shared toilets/showers and kitchen, and there was never a wait for any facilities. We also didn't have any issue with noise, be it from the street or other guests.

The ad says there is free parking, but when we arrived there was none and I never got a reply when I messaged to ask - wasn't a huge issue as we found on street parking for free within very reasonable walking distance but clearer communication on the issue would have been appreciated :)

We had an event, arrived earlier, as requested. We were greeted by the cleaners, whom couldn't have been more helpful. So impressed with everything. Such value for money. You are under-charging for what you deliver. Plus, what a choice in teas... Very clean & well presented. Great staff especially!

Only improvement, and I'm reluctant to put a negative - would be to have some kind of milk sachets for the coffee (unless I just didn't spot them). Like I say - you were outstanding, over & above on price. Charge more! :)
