Private studio New Cross patio garden

We had a really enjoyable stay. The studio was comfortable, clean and in a great location, with public transport just a short walk away, making it easy to get around London. The bed was comfortable and the room stayed pleasantly cool at night, which made for a great night's sleep. Communication with the host was excellent. Although we never met Rebecca in person, she was very friendly, responded quickly to our messages and was always happy to help with any questions we had. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to explore London.

The only thing to keep in mind is that, although the listing mentions cooking facilities, the kitchen isn't really equipped for preparing full meals. It's fine for making breakfast or simple snacks, but not ideal if you plan to cook regularly.

Heel leuk ingerichte studio met alles wat je nodig hebt. Verse bloemen op tafel waren een leuk detail. Voelde echt als je eigen mini-huisje.

Bed was niet heel comfortabel, heel hard en een vouw in het matras vanwege de stretcher eronder. Wel fijne dekens en kussens.

The location is great, really easy and quick to get into central London and strangely quiet despite being on busy road. The place is clean and private, and has a unique design. I stay in private airbnb type places a lot, but it is very rare to find a place with so much character, and it was very warm and cosy.
