I arrived late so just needed a clean comfy place to sleep. I
Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Can hear other guests using the bathroom and separate loo. Use headphones or ear plugs - no problem.
Arriving in the dark made finding the right house and using the key box tricky - but I have poor eyesight.

Prime location close to Kings Cross Station, a key transport hub. Train, bus and Underground connections. Comfortable bed and the shower accommodated my svelte 6'2'' frame. Ample storage and quiet room. Tea and coffee making facilities were very handy. Light and fan combo
The location of sockets was not convenient. It needed two bedside lamps to provide convenient lighting

Check in was simple and location was very good for getting to London Bridge
Bathroom facilities were tired, bedsheet had a few marks on it and floorboards were very loud and squeaky
