Great location, very spacious apartment with private garden. Well equipped home, private and secure parking was a massive bonus. Would highly recommend and would definately stay again. Communication with Pete was easy and efficient.

The property was lovely and spacious

The property was in a good location near the Peckham Rye.
It has secure parking which the owner let us access earlier than check in.
Key collection was easy.
The flat was not for us. We felt like we had walked into an occupied flat.
Even a coat thrown on the bed.
The fridge was full of food stuff. the cupboards had personal things in them.
There was a drill and stuff to build in the bedroom and outside in the court yard.
The place could do with a general update, lots of marks on the walls, tatty chair and on the side in kitchen etc.
We just found it odd.
It seemed generally clean though.
