The location of the place was excellent, near London Bridge station and Tower Bridge.
However, the place where you have to collect the keys is a 15-20 minute walk, and with suitcases and luggage, plus weather dependence, it is not ideal.
It is a decent-sized apartment, more than enough for 4 people and with 2 bathrooms. This was perfect for us.
Once arrived at the apartment. You can tell it has been very overly used. We were disappointed to find that a couple of the blinds were stained, apparently with food. A couple of tails in the bathroom were broken. The door lock in the living room that opens to the balcony was broken; therefore, that door was never locked. We were not sure whether the thermostat was working, as a couple of the thermostat devices were loose.
The mattress is very uncomfortable; you can feel the springs in every shape of way. Once we arrived, I emailed the agency, who assured me they would investigate the issue. But unfortunately, I would not book this place again.
