Rob was amazing. Very helpful and got in touch with me even before I had any questions to ask. The only thing I would suggest is to get a better system to stop the sun light from coming into the bedroom in the morning as one of the blinds were not working properly but this doesnt put me off from staying there again. In fact, I have booked already to go back two more times! The place was nice and the location was very good too. Itis also close to the water front and O2 Arena so it it is a nice areato go for a walk after work.
Apart from the blind that wasnt working properly, everything else was fine. However, the blind is not a problem as with a new system or acurtains the proble is sorted!

Clear instructions on arrival from Rob was allowed to park car for the 2 days which ment me and my daughter got more time to spend in London

The accommodation was spacious but not elegant.
The room was big.
The toilet and bath were clean and presentable..
Parking was easy and off street.
A large freezer and fridge freezer were available to store consumables.
The wardrobe was spacious and more than enough for two people.
The host was communicative and instructions were easy to follow.
It is situated in a convenient location with quick access to transport and convenience stores.
The host's attention was directed to the condition of the microwave and kettle, which were individually in need of replacement and rescaling.
The bed was tired and sunk in some areas. Window was covered by a sheet and could not be opened.
There is a greater need for attention to detail as this is a hospitality product sold to customers.
