A comfortable and warm living environment. Not small or cluttered. The garden glass doors bring a nice touch, especially in the morning with a warm cuppa
There was spare pillows/mattress in the bedroom cupboards. Im unsure if they were actually allowed for use. But on the pillow there was hair and looking at the spare mattress that was not used, seemed to be a bit of dried blood on the sheets. Actual bedding used was clean though.
