It was easy to get to, instructions easy to follow, all was clean, quiet, comfortable definitely recommend for anyone needing a nice stay close to excel.
May need a hoover around the bed against the wall, other than that no issues found.

Room was okay.
Tea bags but no sugar or milk or even spoon.
No spoon.
No milk.
Water from the toilet for drinks and difficult to get from the small tap.
The heat in the room was unbearable even with window opened.
Thou a fan was given but that had to vbe on as long as o was in the room.
Had to leave shoes by the entrance.
