Excellent location if you’re going to London Excel. Also very well connected to go to London central, only a few blocks from Upton Park station (no changes needed from/to KingsCross-St Pancras), and lots of useful bus stations nearby. Completely equipped kitchen, modern bathroom (WITH FUNCTIONAL TOWEL WARMER), even a great living room with really nice couch (fell asleep a couple times and slept like a baby). Comfy bed. Easy access to building (1st floor so no fighting with the luggageVSstairs), calm neighbourhood, lots of food options nearby. Will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again. Very effective, kind and caring host, willing to help with any inconvenience. If you find this flat available -can’t stretch this enough- DON’T LET IT SLIDE. Not a single opportunity like this in London. Definitely made my trip experience 100% more enjoyable.
Pretty sure somebody knocked on my door and windows several times early one morning. Never knew who. Nothing else to report.

It’s a lovely warm, cosy, flat in a gorgeous location. Modern but with all the comforts of home. Great host.
