Just the mix up between the staff and my self after our booking was allocated to another person. He did called to apologize which I appreciate.

Location was fantastic. Within walking distance (20 minutes) of the O² arena.
Room was clean. Provided flip flops in the room was a nice touch (particularly as it was a communal bathroom) & the tower fan was greatly appreciated (had it on all night as it was around 30°C)!
TV didn't seem to have signal (or an aerial), but otherwise room was good.
TV aerial would be beneficial (no signal).
Bed was too firm for my liking, but for one night it was perfectly fine.
I hadn't realised, at time of booking, that bathroom was shared between 3 rooms.

Central to o2 arena. Self contained.
Beds weren’t clean blood on the pillow case. Hairs all over the floor. Towels were dirty.
