Customer service- Noel was great and answered all my questions promptly regarding local transportation.
The room was spacious, had all the amenities needed (fridge freezer, kettle , fan, tv) perhaps a complimentary tea or coffee would be a nice touch for future guests.
Towels were quite tough, perhaps change fabric softener or buy new ones.
Being woken up by other guest walking back and forth (probably going to the kitchen, could hear the sound of cutlery) at 4.40am banging the doors.
