Located nearby public transport and the cheap price.
The hosts were responding annoyed when I called them that I got robbed, and that they had to open the door for me in the evening. I didn't felt supported in that situation when I was stressed after I lost a lot of personal belongings. The bed is small, so not suitable for two persons who are not a couple. The door of the shower jammed and was hard to close. The shower itself was clogged, so you couldn't shower for too long or the shower would overflow. The apartment is located next to a road, so you can hear traffic all day and night, but at least you can bring earplugs to get a good night rest.
Yes, these are quite a few negative points, but also points the hosts can do some things about to make the stay of the next guests better...
