Extremely good value for money, especially being London. Transport links are in walking distance, roughly 10 to 15 minutes walk to the major train and bus facilities/ underground. The local train station is 5 minutes walk. There's a lovely garden facility right next to the train station. Very welcoming and peaceful. Clean towels and bedding were freely available too.

The front door was difficult to open at times. I don't think there was free WiFi available, but to be fair, I never inquired about this. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared, but for the price, this was fine with us.

The room was ok having a fan and lock on the door was good, wifi was good the area is good.

When we first arrived the kitchen was a mess nothing like the clean polished photos uploaded online, the garden door had been left open so there was a lot of flies and spiders the facilities could have been better such as the kitchen sink being really stiff to close and the toilet flush being extremely weak. Every room had a bad smell apart from ours, the other people that stayed with us were very messy they left hair everywhere, put dirty tissues with waste on it in the open bin where everyone could see which was disgusting. The dish sponges were old and overused and the dish cloths were dirty which caused the plates and cutlery to be so dirty we couldn't even use them instead we had to purchase our own to use. I understand the stay is on the cheap side but it isn't even worth it.
