03 Bedroom Apartment-Self Check in

The property was nice & quiet as i use to live in London so i know the area very well. so it’s near leyton train station and very close to the high street with restaurants & supermarkets etc. But overall it’s okay the host is a good communicator via What’sApp. Shower is ok as well.

So this is what it gets interesting so for me personally there was a couple of things that I’ve noticed. 1) as I got to the property the front door was slightly open and the reception door with the access code was slightly open as well which was a little weird but just being cautious. 2) when I got into the room obviously you have the basics but the things I saw was that the tv didn’t work the power socket was a bit of the wall but still worked which is a hazard 100% and on the ceiling just near to the bed and near the door was a few spiders webs and 2 long spiders which isn’t a problem but I shouldn’t have to clean it up as the host or housekeeping to deal with it. 3) So when a host publishes an apartment with rooms and says “ private bathroom “ you always have to be a bit cautious because sometimes it’s not always private as this one was a shared bathroom which isn’t a problem. 4) the fridge is small and the temperature is a little messed up because when I put my drink in their it was frozen the next morning which was weird. But overall it’s not a good place it’s just some things need to be fixed.

Great location, very comfy bed and helpful staff. Perfect for going to Soho Theatre, Walthamstow.

Little bit tatty but that didn't bother us.

It was very easy to check in. My room was clean, warm and comfortable. The kitchen was a bit untidy at times but this very much depends on fellow guests. The bathroom was always clean and was right next to my bedroom which was great. Overall I thought it was great value for money and very central with good transport connections.

Some of the other guests were a bit noisy at times but that's no fault of the host as there are plenty of signs around re not to make noise after 11.

It was really close to the nearest tube station and had a tesco express next to it. The room and shared bathroom were clean.

The mattress was really old and worn out, clean but really uncomfortable with springs popping up from underneath. The property only provided one old hand towel for two people, which had holes in it despite being clean. Furthermore 2 out of 3 sockets weren’t working. Tap in the toilet only had cold water.
