En Suits room with your own bathroom and toilet

Everything was fine, it is a very nice place, clean , and easy to find. You have everything you need close to you ( market, etc). The host gave me clear information and I fell no pressure at all. I will come back for sure!

- Good location. For London this place is considered not far from the centre.(around 35-40 minutes by bus) If you want to be closer, be ready to pay the double. - Heating was working well in my room. No problem at all. - En-suite bathroom in my room. Hot and cold water, pressure was good. No problem at all. - Kitchen, fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, washing machine, cutlery, pans, saucepans. Very convenient. - Owner was responsive. I had a few issues and didn't wait more than 20 minutes to get the help I needed.

- Too expensive for what you get. I stayed there 2 weeks and paid £857, while for nearby places where I stayed longer I paid less. - Other reviews (example: review from 7 December 2025) say the rooms were very noisy, not soundproofed, which is definitely true (my window was correctly closed). You hear every noise from the street (keep in mind it's a main street with a lot of restaurants etc, so it's often busy). - Dryer was not working. - The 2 other guests (different room) were terribly inconsiderate (left the fridge open, used all the shelves in the fridge and freezer, calling and listening music around 1-2 am, didn't clean after they were done cooking, they smoke outside but with the window open so the smell was everywhere, ...). - No indication on the fridge, freezer or cupboards as to which section belongs to which bedroom. You simply put your things where there is space. A better organisation is needed for guests. - I don't think my bedroom was cleaned before my arrival (it was not terribly dirty, but still). - Each room has a macerator pump, which means whenever someone uses water (shower, toilet, sink, ...) you get to hear very loud noises coming from these pumps.
