Very clean and calm, spotless and great value for money
Walls were a bit thin - but others staying were very respectful and quiet so this wasn’t an issue

Great location for what I needed, 5 min walk from the Hackney marshes
Area was a little run down. The bed sheets could do with a refresh.

A very nice place to stay with bus stops nearby. The staff are responsive and respectful of the guests privacy.
Not convenient for taking the underground.

The space and the facilities at 101, Overbury street, Hackney and the comfortable room
There was an ongoing abusive situation between the other couple staying there which went into the late night and progressed till 4 am with the main door being left open all night.. It was scary because my room was on the ground floor just next to the main entrance and I was locked out. The owner intervened when I contacted him but the couple continued to drink and were physically abusive creating terror in me as a result of which I couldn't enjoy the facilities
