Overall, exactly what it says on the title. Hosts very easy to communicate with for extra towels and efficient ✅ Comfortable ✅ Budget Room ✅ Shared Bathroom ✅ Supermarket walking distance (super close) ✅ Close to Tube station (less than 10 minute walk) ✅

The property needs some TLC to just make it a little bit easier to stay in as guests are short term stayers. kitchen - oven hob was broken, the elements would get warm but not hot enough to cook anything. oven worked however no oven trays were provided. - it would be nice to have a drawer for cutlery and sharp knives, instead they were just in the drying rack. washing up bowl had the chopping board and other utensils in it. as mentioned, having a space for these would make the organisation of the kitchen nicer. - no basic communal cooking ingredients. It would be good to add, oil, salt, pepper, butter to the kitchen. As someone who is travelling to different counties, buying a tub of butter for 4 days uses isn’t viable. having these as communal items would be a welcomed touch. bathroom - shower pressure was lovely - would be nice to know what the exact expectations of shower use are. it said on the door bathroom is only for room 2/4 guests however guests not from these rooms were using them. - no bath mat. a bath mat provided for each room would be highly recommended as the floor got very wet and we had to sacrifice a bathroom towel for this. bedroom - comfy bed - thank you for supplying a fan! especially in these summer conditions. - guests tried to enter our room when they were checking in which was a bit scary as they were trying to force the door open after failing to enter the correct code on their door. other - great location for a supermarket and the tube - easy check in/check out system - we are mindful that other people use the communal spaces however some of them struggled with the concept of closing the front door properly! which left us a bit startled when we would head out for the day and see the door wide open!
