The amenities were great for the price of the stay and the staff were cooperative and helpful in regards to any questions that I had, including what to expect before entering the hostel. The secure and intricate lock on the front door provided considerable security for the hostel, especially due to its location on a major road. The kitchen and bathrooms, one of which has a shower and tub, were well stocked and a towel was provided without charge. Outside, there's a Sainsbury's across the road and a few more grocery stores southward of here.
I had no issues with the hostel, and the only trouble I had here was figuring out how to navigate the intricate lock system which took me a while to understand but was on me and not of the hostel. The staff were quickly responsive to my queries about the lock and I had no issues thereafter.

A localização é perfeita. Não é central mas é ao lado da paragem do autocarro e muito perto da estação de metro. Em frente tem um Sainsbury's e vários restaurantes na área. O quarto onde ficamos é espaçoso, estava limpo e tem uma cama confortável para duas pessoas, uma smart tv grande e armários para a roupa. O aquecimento do quarto funcionava muito bem.
Da limpeza no geral. O nosso quarto estava bem limpo mas esqueceram de jogar fora o lixo dos últimos visitantes (jogámos no lixo da cozinha e colocámos um saco novo no balde). Na cozinha tem muito pó em cima dos frigoríficos. A gaveta dos talheres poderia estar mais limpa (tivemos de lavar tudo muito bem antes de usar) e o jarro elétrico está imundo e não serve o seu propósito (é um produto barato que o alojamento deveria substituir). Se quiserem aquecer água tem de ser no fogão. Alguns pontos da casa estão descuidados e mereciam uma atenção tanto em limpeza como em arranjo. A porta de entrada para o pátio tem a fechadura destruída mas acredito que não seja um problema exclusivo do alojamento, visto que existem vários moradores ali. As fechaduras da casa e do nosso quarto funcionavam na perfeição e em nenhum momento nos sentimos inseguros. As casas de banho não são perfeitas, poderiam estar mais limpas mas não vimos nada chocante.
