Just got back from Gerrard house apartments, we stayed Monday to Friday.The apartment is in a fantastic location, the rooms are extremely spacious, clean and comfortable.
The host was very, very helpful. Thank you so much.
Will definitely stay again.
Not too much of an issue but there are a lot of stairs, carrying luggage in a heatwave was exhausting.
Take a fan. It gets very warm on the top floor.

great location
lots of steps, very unusual building and i couldn’t tell if it was all apartments or offices.

The location is ideal to easily access Llandudno and surrounding areas.
There are plenty rooms were big and light and facilities offered adequate for a short stay.
I think if you have mobility issues or have young children, you will struggle with accessing the flat as there are approximately three flights of stairs. It can get noisy outside more over the weekend, but you expect it being central.

Close to shopping, the pier, and the Great Orme. Well-equipped kitchen, and toilet/bath.
We had a heavy suitcase, and the staircase was a bit narrow and hard to climb. Not suited for people who do not walk well.
