the location was good

the 6 flights of stairs wasnt told us when we booked we had to ask some one to take our cases up

Lovely clean appartment Well stocked with kitchen (didnt have to go out and buy glasses like last one we stayed in) Everything you could want. Nice touch was the pint of milk and biscuits left for a nice cuppa when we got there 😋

Could have done with it a couple floors lower 🤣 But we knew what floor it was on before we booked and it was fine

Location was fantastic, parked a few streets away & walked in. Place was spotless, teabags, angel slices, sugar and milk were already waiting for us which was so handy! Towels and hairdryer too! Stayed during Llandudno extravaganza, loved sitting at the window and watching people on the rides, no noise from these as they shut down for 6pm. Bedrooms were lovely, comfy, pillows were thick and soft which was great. Spotlessly clean, no issues at all with this. Stairs weren't an issue for us as we are a young family and to be expected from an old building. An absolutely fantastic stay just wish I had slept a bit better 😂

Could do with a shower mat, especially with no bath. The noise from the pubs (we stayed on a busy bank holiday weekend so should of expected it)

The apartment was well equipped .. beds were comfortable and relaxed lovely on the recliners

6 flights of stairs, NO lift .. the wooden windows were a very bad fit, with the gap letting blatant wind through. The pubs opposite very noisy and rowdy till at least 2am .. no parking facilities for more than 90 mins so had to park car about half mile walk up hill from apartment. On foot for the 3 days as if we moved the car, cars were already waiting for a long stay spot. My husband also had a full on war with the heating as they constantly turned it down to 15° despite the constant wind through the windows. Came home early and won't be booking again
