Lindsay was very friendly and helpful. Good communication and she went out of her way to make the stay extra nice.
She allowed us to bring our dog and also to arrange a takeaway dinner delivery (providing us plates etc and washing up).
The location is great, very short walk from train station and to supermarket.
It was perfect for us walking the Fife Coastal Path - only a short £10 taxi from Limekilns (the usual finishing spot on day 1).
Our room was large, very comfortable beds and plenty toiletries. We were given a filling breakfast in the morning with lots of options.
We will stay again in future.

Lindsay gave us the best of legendary Scottish hospitality. For us, it is a change to have the host “on site” and it was lovely. Her comfortable house is not far from Edinburgh Airport and the interesting town of Dunfermline. We were visiting further north for a very short period, however in view of a very early morning flight we decided to stay in Rosyth for the two nights and it was perfect. Lindsay went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She gave us local knowledge on restaurants, etc. and this was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was plentiful. Thank you, Lindsay!

Host is lovely, very accommodating and helpful. Bed is clean and comfortable. Good clean shower. Good size room (family room). Nice location. Great breakfast.
Decor, furniture, bed/bedding etc it’s very mix match. Curtains were really thin and hardly blocked any sun getting in, blackout blind or curtains definitely needed for guests staying in summer.
