Good location, decent room, staff pleasant
The breakfast was 50% as the scrambled eggs were cool, and no other eggs on offer, had to ask for hash browns as they had run out, coffee was look warm, orange juice too watery, the sausage was over cooked. Sorry 😡

Good stay, ask for non accessible room
Check in good, Skylar was very friendly. Breakfast was good, pancakes were a hit with the kids, nice choice! Hotel was clean
We were put in an accessible room so the shower was a wet room which we aren't keen on and the room had an interconnecting door so we could hear the chap next door coughing all night was like he was in the room with us, so a bit annoying especially with kids in the room who are light sleepers. Room was roasting when we got in so had to turn radiator thing down...housekeeping should maybe keep an eye on this so its not too hot for people!

Clean, warm, comfortable, well sound-proofed, great location, plenty parking. Staff naturally friendly and helpful.
Minor reservations about breakfast - bacon had been sitting for a while. Staff worked hard but could have done with just one more colleague to replenish supplies and clear tables.

Basic hotel stay.
Close to the motorway. Staff were friendly. Breakfast included for all guests. Good room size.
The beds were uncomfortable and led to poor sleep. Needed more staff on at breakfast as everything was empty when we arrived. If you are only going to provide one alternative to cow’s milk, it shouldn’t be soya, given that is one of the 14 main allergens - coconut or almond are both GF and more universal.
