Only one lift, it was busy with the rugby being held in Edinburgh and sometimes we had to let the lift go and then wait for it to decide what floor it was going to first.

The location from city centre.. 46 minute walk. Buses were very unreliable. Had to get taxis most times . But cant blame the hotel for that.

Good, Clean, Comfortable room and great complimentary breakfast with plenty of choice and very efficient staff. A must if your on a budget and good clean facilities without the frills.

Only minor issues such as light bulbs not working and a dodgy switch on the kettle, but nothing to spoil a good comfortable night.

The hotel is so clean and the staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast was more than I expected. Good quality products in the bathroom.

Breakfasts were very good,hot and healthy with plenty to choose from. Room was spacious and well equipped. Bed very clean and comfortable.Sofa bed not in a good position to sit and watch tv so 2 chairs would have been better for viewing. Will ask for a double room without a sofa bed when we next visit. (and 2 chairs !)

We stayed because of flights 12 hrs. It cost £179. Pricey. Food was at best average and pricey. Drink was .,…. pricey.

Clean, bright, modern and comfortable room. Luggage stand provided. Plenty of parking.

Some distance from town centre and there wasn’t a great choice of restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant looked ok but preferred to go out.

Terrible, won't be back

The only thing that I could say was positive was the staff themselves. After complaining about my horrendous room (which should never have been allocated in the first place) all staff members who were involved worked straight away in arranging another room to be given.

When walking into my room, there was a dreadful smell of faces that couldn't be ignored. The carpet outside the bathroom was absolutely soaking and squelched as you walked across it with only a little desk fan drying it up (this issue was obviously known due to the fan set up but the room was still issues to ourselves). As for the breakfast, only when I sat down at the table with my food did I find a long dark hair in amongst what I had,
