Very close to the train station- self check in was fairly straightforward. The room was decent and there was a coffee machine and some basic food items in the kitchen. Good if you need to get the train early. Not too far a walk to the main sites.
My room was right next to the kitchen, and the people using it in the morning were making a lot of noise dragging their chairs on the floor, which woke me up. I think if the chairs had pads on the legs it might help this.

Excellent location close to the railway station and the old town. I had a "standard" room, it was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was included.
