La struttura è situata in una zona strategica, vicina alla stazione ferroviaria e terminal dei vari bus che percorrono tutta la Sicilia oltre che al centro storico, poi era ristrutturata con stile e ben gestita!

The room was amazing, seemed newly renovated and had a wonderful balcony! It’s right by the historic center ans everything is in walking distance. The room was very clean and the communication with the host Federico was very smooth with very quick answers! Thank you, we will recommend you!

We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend the property more highly. From the moment we arrived, everything was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious, making it feel both stylish and genuinely welcoming. The hosts were fantastic — so friendly, attentive and always available whenever we needed advice or help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. During our stay, we had an issue with a pre-existing blockage in the bathroom, and the owners arranged for it to be fixed immediately while we were out. When we returned, our room had been completely reset by the housekeeper, which was such a thoughtful touch. They were also incredibly helpful when we had questions about travelling around the island. They even offered to call local companies on our behalf to make sure we were getting the correct information, which really went above and beyond. They also added a lovely complimentary breakfast touch, with toast and croissants available every morning, along with coffee pods and tea. It was a thoughtful addition and made our mornings even more enjoyable. Our room itself was lovely, with a gorgeous private balcony overlooking the street — the perfect little spot to sit and take in the atmosphere. The location was also ideal. The property was easy to find and just a 5-minute walk from the train station and central bus station, while all the major attractions were within around a 10–15 minute walk. It made exploring incredibly easy. Overall, we had such a wonderful stay. The beautiful property, fantastic location and, most importantly, the genuinely kind and helpful hosts made this a place we would happily return to. A truly lovely hotel and one we would highly recommend!

The only small consideration we would mention is that, while the rooms themselves are very peaceful, sound does travel a little through the communal areas. During our stay, some guests in another apartment were up quite early and there was occasionally some noise from cupboards and doors closing, which could be a little startling first thing in the morning. Thankfully, we had earplugs with us, which helped and meant the rest of our stay was lovely and peaceful. It’s also worth noting that the property is two flights of stairs up, so this is something to bear in mind if you have difficulty with stairs or find the heat challenging. That said, we absolutely felt it was worth the climb!

The room itself was quite nice, although we did not actually stay there. Soundproofing was good.

The entry hall looks like an abandoned building- we thought we were at the wrong address. No elevator, so two long flights of stairs with heavy luggage, not suitable for older/unfit people. The balcony is less than 1m wide and overlooks a very busy and noisy road, so hardly usable. No paper down the toilet, not even toilet paper. My wife refused to stay there.
