Great location within walking distance from the train/bus station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Honestly was expecting much worse for a 2 star hotel/b&b.
Only thing to mention: if you don’t like the street noise you better bring your earplugs. Not much the owner can do about it cause it’s like this everywhere in the city.

Safe and clean accommodation. Felt uneasy in Palermo but happy that the hosts were kind, trustworthy people and they had good security measures.
