位置跟大小都極佳，在難波市中心而且走路就可以到日本橋、道頓堀跟心齋橋，空間也很大，儘管格局有點奇怪但是因為是頂加的關係都很方正，所有人的行李都可以完全打開。
頂加再加上建築物本身有點老舊，下雨的時候到了頂樓還要撐傘才能回去。衛浴明顯不足，一個預設可以住到十幾個人的地方竟然馬桶跟淋浴間都只有一個簡直匪夷所思，我們才八個人就覺得相當不方便了不敢想像住滿有多恐怖。門檻高度不友善，但這個日本很多地方都有這個問題就是門框高度只做到180，明明天花板有快要3公尺卻還是選擇這麼矮的門框對我一個188的人來說非常痛苦。

房子在頂樓，空間非常寬敞，還有個小院子，有任何問題詢問，回覆非常迅速！位置在千日前道具街附近，逛街採買，到黑門市場、大葉高島屋…都很方便。
空間非常寬敞，但浴室跟廁所的空間卻很小….

Lots of space. Air conditioning was great. Great value. Very responsive staff and host. Amazing location.
Water heater broke during our stay, but was fixed fairly quickly. Place was a little more run down than I expected, with damage to walls. Wi-Fi intermittent, had to reset the router a few times.
