Spacious and fairly priced. Quiet considering the proximity to Dotonbori, but our room was situated on the 12th floor, so that might have helped.
Dusty and old - but nothing too bad for our taste.

Great location as it was close to Dotonbori and a subway station as well as a Family Mart and laundroma. Facilities were nice too, all basic necessities were covered such as fridge/freezer, small kitchen, and washing machine. There is also a small balcony. Check in and out was easy and staff is responsive. Recommended stay for families!
Large bed was very soft which can be bad for your back. Not a lot of plates/utensils. Drying rack was a bit broken.

The extra space and kitchen facilities. Good location close to Dotonbori.
The doona had a big urine stain that smelt like urine. There was only 1 bath towel in total - this was for 3 people, 4 night stay. The apartment wasn’t clean. There was hair everywhere. The toilet has a very bad urine smell.
