The location was really good, slightly out of the hustle and bustle of everything but at the same time, walking distance to everything in Dotonbori.
Pillows were a little on the hard side.

Everything- location, cleanliness, comfort, washing machine and small kitchen, great shower and comfortable beds … Location is also great : close to Dotonbori but quiet and safe.
… space to move between the beds is complicated when you have medium to large suitcases (you can’t leave them anywhere else) WiFi is so weak I had to disconnect it and use mobile data to access any website.

I loved the Terrace how high up it was. The location was amazing with great views of the city. The beds were nice and fully making me feel like I was on a cloud. As someone from America it was nice to not have to fret over sorting trash.
I didn't like how small the hot tub was for the space around it. The staff wasn't very present when moving around day to day but did come clean twice though the cleaning was limited to changing towels sweeping the floor and taking out the trash. I don't know if the price was that affordable overall I think it only seems so due to the location.

Location. Self check in Near by convenience store and 24 hour super market. Close to metro and dontonburi
No sound proofing. Can hear everything from next door, upstairs and especially outside.
