Overall it was a spacious and pleasant base for exploring Osaka. It was a little bit of a walk to any of the Metro stations, but the area was pleasant and there was lots around. It was very close to Dotonbori street where a lot of shenanigans were. The staff were helpful with issues and organising things, though by default are quite hands-off with self-check in being the norm.
There was a little dust on some of the decorations, and one of the towels was a little stained.

Very spacious apartment with a laundry machine and a balcony to dry things. Everything was clean and well maintained as well.
There bad was too small for an average European (German) even though there is enough space to put a bigger bed. Also there is no direct connection to the train station (Walking 20 mins).
